Register for Graceland Music Club: Sing and make friends!

Dear residents,

Let’s sing and make friends via music!

If there are many times that you want to sing with friends like Karaoke but hard to gather them with busy life, or that you enjoy singing but without proper events to sing loudly, or that you hear beautiful songs but with no people to share…Come join this Music Club!

Graceland is a music club only for Ph.D. and MPhil residents. Run away from your busy study life to enjoy music for 2 hours every few weeks! The club hosts a periodical music activity for club members every few weeks. We will know each other, play games, and enjoy singing at each activity with specific topic. Activities are open to club members only! Register to be a club member now!

Club membership registration details:

Date:  Now–2nd Nov 2025

Quota: 30

Fee: Free with HKD$100 refundable cash deposit

Method:

1. Fill in the online registration forms first. (Registration link: https://forms.office.com/r/k9MM09tDmJ , or scan the QR code in the poster)

2. Pay HKD$100 refundable deposit at PGH 1/ 3/ 4 counters in cash.

Notes: First pay, first served. Successful registration email will be sent to club members after 2^nd Nov. Full deposit will be refunded upon 1 successful attendance for activity. There will probably be a regular registration for club enlargement every two months, based on the demand. But registration fee may be charged next time.

Some details for weekly club activity:

Date: Saturday or Sunday, once every few weeks

Time: 4p.m.–6p.m or 7p.m.–9p.m.

Fee: Free for club members only

Language: English and Mandarin Chinese (Putonghua).

Future topics: Call me by a song / Color of music / To love / My Unbeknown / Jay Chou / …

如果你有很多次想和朋友一起唱KTV，卻很難聚集忙碌的朋友們，或者你喜歡唱歌，卻沒有合適的機會去大聲唱歌，或者你聽到好的音樂，卻沒有人分享……那就來加入Graceland音樂俱樂部吧!

Graceland音樂社專屬於PhD和MPhil宿生。 從繁忙的學習生活中逃離出來，來享受2小時的音樂世界吧！ 俱樂部每隔幾週定期為成員舉辦一次音樂活動。 在每個有特定主題的活動中，我們會互相認識，一起玩遊戲，一起唱歌。 活動只會對俱樂部成員開放！ 現在就註冊成為俱樂部成員吧!

會員報名詳情:

日期：現在至11月2日

人數：30

費用：免費，需繳交可退還押金港幣100元現金

方法：

1. 請先填寫網路報名表。 (註冊連結：https://forms.office.com/r/k9MM09tDmJ)

2. 於PGH 1/ 3/ 4櫃檯繳交港幣100元可退還按金。

註：先付先得。  成功註冊的成員將於11月2日後收到電子郵件。成功參加1次活動將退還全部按金。 根據需求，可能每兩個月就會有一次擴招俱樂部的常規註冊。 但下次開始可能需要繳交註冊費。

俱樂部每週活動詳情:

日期：週六或週日，每數週一次

時間：通常4p.m.–6p.m 或 7p.m.–9p.m。

費用：免費，只對俱樂部成員開放。

語言：英語和普通話。
