Dear residents,

 

It has been 3 weeks since the new academic year starts. Are you taking good care of yourself? If you are looking for a break, join the Postgraduate Halls Meditation Workshop to reclaim your calm, relaxation, peace, and happiness on Monday evening.

 

Schedule

17 Oct Introduction to mindfulness meditation
24 Oct How to deal with pain, thoughts, emotions, and stress
31 Oct Loving kindness: Less anger, more happiness (Metta meditation)
7 Nov Meditation and daily life

Time: 19:00 – 20:30

Venue: Dancing room, G/F, JCPGH2

Instructor: Mr. Ray NG (The Association of Godwin’s Spiritual Friends Limited)

Language: Cantonese / Mandarin / English

Quota: 15 PGH residents (Deadline: 10 Oct, first-come, first-served)

Fee: $100 (non-refundable) + $50 (refundable upon attendance of 3 sessions or above)

Enrollment: Counters of JCPGH1, JCPGH3 & PGH4

Remarks: Participants please bring your yoga mat due to hygiene considerations. If you haven’t, borrow a kneeling pad from PGH
