Withdrawal of Application and Offer

- Applicants who intend to withdraw their application and offer before hall residence commences should send an email to enquiry.pgh@cuhk.edu.hk for follow-up. More fees will be incurred as the check-in date approaches. Please refer to the table below.
By PGH General Office
- Please note that offer is made ONCE only. Non-acceptance of the offer within FOUR days will result in the offer being withdrawn. No further arrangement will be made afterwards as the application is deemed processed.
- Offer will also be withdrawn if applicants are not showing up on official check-in date and do not inform the Office in advance, or applicants cannot perform check-in within specific time frame assigned by the Office.
